Introducing our 2022-2023
BREAKFAST OF HEROES Event Series
10,000 Beds is excited to announce our 2022– 2023 Breakfast of Heroes series of events. These are local events throughout the country with participants from your city, county, region, and state. They will include a delicious breakfast and a dynamic program, including recognition of heroes in your community. The 90-minute breakfast events will be held in multiple states in 2022-23.
The Breakfast of Heroes events support our 10,000 Beds mission to raise awareness and change perceptions around addiction and recovery, and our 10,000 Beds programs to benefit individuals and families battling substance use and mental health challenges.
We invite parents, teachers, business owners, medical professionals, mental & behavioral health experts, substance use treatment professionals, community leaders, elected officials, first responders, ecclesiastical leaders, realtors, home builders, hospital administrators, and community members to join us for up-to-date information about the reality of mental health and substance use challenges and the resources available nationally and locally.
Seats are limited & registration is required.
We are sorry, but no walk-in guests will be admitted.

- The 10,000 Beds Breakfast of Heroes events provide an opportunity for 10,000 Beds to recognize, honor, and thank individuals who are making a positive difference in the addiction, mental health, & recovery space within their respective communities.
- At the same time, these events provide the opportunity for the community to hear from experts in the mental health & addiction/recovery industries and learn more about local challenges and resources.
- Our guests will also gain a better understanding of how 10,000 Beds works, how we are managing the overwhelming need for substance use disorder treatment, how they can help, and how we’ve accomplished incredible results over the past nine years.

It’s Good To Be Home! After visiting Cedar City for decades, the founder of 10,000 Beds and her husband Hal have called Cedar City “home” for the past five year. They have spent much of that time traveling the country to build relationships, raise awareness, and change perceptions of addiction and mental health. Now they are bringing 10,000 Beds to Cedar City!
