2019 and 2020 Corporate & Sustaining Sponsor Our relationship with Beechtree Diagnostics, and extraordinary organization with an outstanding team, began at their exhibit booth when I was introduced to CEO Jason Emerson by our 10,000 Beds board member Travis Whittaker.
Beechtree Diagnostics was founded on a simple premise – “It’s more than a test”.
This translates into an organization that constantly improves and challenges the status quo.
From their website: “We know that there is an individual on the other side of that test and many individuals working to provide professional medical care to ensure optimum outcomes. Tests are run using state of the art Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) test equipment. Other companies may spend 6-8 hours manually transferring into the test trays, often resulting in false positives. Beechtree Diagnostics has implemented the use of barcode technology to label each tube speeding the process of preparing each sample for testing while reducing or eliminating the possibility of false positives due to human error.”
Beechtree was also the Presenting Sponsor for our Annual Gratitude Gala: Celebrating Recovery for three years in a row: 2018, 2019, 2020. They not only made a generous sponsorship donation, they covered our travel expenses back and forth to Arizona in 2019 & 2020.
“Thank you” is not adequate to express our appreciation for the amazing team at Beechtree.
And more than a sponsor, we were honored to have their CEO Matt Chambers, provide our music for two events – one in California and one in Utah. He is an accomplished organist and no one will ever forget his signature sequined vest. Great music, great man, great vest!
Without our partnership with Beechtree Diagnostics, scholarships would have stopped during the COVID-19 affected 2020. They literally saved 10,000 Beds and so many lives with their sponsorship. Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude.
The Beechtree team is more than a partner, they are part of our 10,000 Beds family. We love this outstanding team of extraordinary people!
2017 and 2018 Corporate & #OnTheRoad4Recovery Sponsor In 2017, then-CEO & Founder JD Gibson from Elevated Billing reached out to us and asked to meet with us. He had heard about our mission and wanted to know more. After talking over lunch about our unique One Bed. One Life. Scholarship Program, we were offered a generous annual sponsorship that truly facilitated the rapid growth and “second launch” of 10,000 Beds as we introduced our On The Road For Recovery Outreach Program.
Not only did Elevated support us with a monthly contribution, but they covered the cost of wrapping our bright red F350 for our cross-country road trip to change perceptions of addiction and recovery. We spent a majority of the next few years telling our story and providing hope to individuals and families while living full time in our personally owned but 10,000 Beds logo-wrapped 40′ fifth wheel.
Elevated Billing sponsored us for two years through a change in management, focus, and more. They are an incredible and generous company dedicated to helping people have better lives.
Elevated Billing’s mission is to relentlessly advocate for individuals in need of treatment. The Elevated team is dedicated to helping optimize their clients’ revenue cycles, thus freeing up time for that organization to focus on what it does best: helping people get the treatment they need.
Nearly 44 million Americans are affected by behavioral health issues. Whether it’s a child, a parent, another family member or a friend, we join Elevated Billing in the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to get the help and care they need to improve their lives. This belief is what drives them and drives us.
We appreciate Elevated Billing and love their team – a team that chose to make annual employee contributions to benefit 10,000 Beds – separate and on top of the corporate sponsorship. Amazing! We can’t say how much we love and respect these incredible people.
We look forward to partnering with Elevated Billing again. CEO Jessica Anderson is an activist for the recovery community and believes that everyone can achieve a healthy and happy life. Advocating for treatment is the foundation of Elevated and drives Jessica’s passion for change.
2019, 2020 and 2021 Corporate Sponsor In 2019, founding 10,000 Beds Board Member Kristina Steele introduced me to Josey Orr, Founder & CEO of HUGS Wellness products. Josey was instantly supportive of our mission and offered a monthly sponsorship to support our One Bed. One Life. Scholarship Program. Every month HUGS sends at least one qualifying scholarship recipient to treatment through their contribution. Lives have been changed, thanks to Josey and HUGS. We are grateful!
HUGS Wellness’ commitment to delivering an unparalleled product, service, and education continues with its partnership with the non-profit organization 10,000 Beds. Josey Orr, Founder, is an active member of the recovery community and strives to give back to organizations such as 10,000 Beds that helped him get on the right path. Hugs Wellness is proud to donate a percentage of every sale to help 10,000 Beds provide individuals admission into treatment programs for long term recovery, continuing its mission to promote care and self-love.
HUGS wants to remind us all that “Self Care Isn’t Selfish.” Their tagline “HUG YOURSELF” says it all. The HUGS CBD BLOG addresses topics ranging from your nighttime regimen to how to deal with stress. It’s worth the read!
HUGS was created with two goals in mind: to bring a new standard of honesty and transparency to the CBD industry and to deliver high quality products to customers. Everything that is in our products is on the label. We source our ingredients with care, display them with honesty, and we follow through with world class customer service. Every batch of our product is 3rd party lab tested to ensure quality.
And no, you won’t get high on HUGS products, their hemp extract products offer you the benefits of THC without the buzz because none of their products have more than .3% THC.
We look forward to more collaborations with HUGS and appreciate their generosity so much. To date, the HUGS monthly contribution has allowed dozens of individuals to make the commitment to change their lives by getting the treatment they need.
We would like to hug Josey and team, but for now, we are taking their advice and hugging ourselves.
And you need to do the same. HUG YOURSELF!
